I'm so excited to create a unique magical picture for you.  

Just like when booking a spot with a photographer, your spot is non-refundable. When booking a spot you are holding a place in the queue for six months. That spot is held open for you. If you don't submit your picture within 6 months then that spot is then forfeited and opened back up for another person to book. There are no refunds. 

I can not hold spots open indefinitely. With over 20 requests a day and spots booked well over 4 weeks in advance its impossible to keep spots open over 6 months.  Please be prompt in turning in your picture.
